Website purpose
The website provides general information about Swim307 and a way to make swim lesson inquiries in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area. Website content is informational and does not itself create a lesson reservation, service agreement, or guaranteed availability.
Scheduling and services
At launch, the website does not complete online bookings or accept payments. Lesson availability, location, pricing, swimmer eligibility, cancellations, supervision requirements, and other service details are not established until confirmed directly by Swim307. A message sent through email does not guarantee a lesson time.
Water activity and safety
Swimming and aquatic activity involve inherent risks. Website content is not a substitute for direct instruction, appropriate supervision, facility rules, emergency procedures, or individualized safety guidance. Users are responsible for following instructions and rules provided for any facility or lesson arrangement.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that materially burdens its operation, impersonate another person, or use the contact method for harassment, spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
